About the Course
This class is a fun mix of hatha and yin yoga. Similar to a yang-yin style class we begin flowing through dynamic poses, for balance, agility and strengthening. Later we move into deeper yin style stretches to increase flexibility and promote relaxation. Lots of options/modifications are offered and Props (blocks, bloster, blankets etc.) are provided.
