- melt your heart down to the mat

- Allow your chin (or cheek) to come down to the mat

-Use a wall to support your legs

-option to use a pillow under the low back

-If your flexibility is an issue, mover further away from the wall, if flexibility is not a issue get your sit bones as close to the wall as possible.
