Nude Yoga - 30 Minutes

Service Description

This 30-minute nude yoga class is designed to encourage you to feel empowered and confident in your own body. We'll work on improving our flexibility, balance, and strength while learning how to move our bodies with confidence and joy. This class is open to all levels of experience.
