  • Nude Yoga (1:1 on Zoom)

  • The O Method (live, guided energetic and sensory session)

  • Sacred Intimacy private sessions for men

These sessions are private, one-on-one, and held online through Zoom. You choose 30, 60, or 90 minute formats depending on the level of depth or exploration you want.

Private guided meditation is especially supportive for men in their 30s and 40s who want a spiritual or embodied practice without feeling watched or judged.
