I started Love by Dove back in 2019, having just graduated with an undergrad degree in law. The original plan was go to law school, and work in corporate law 💰 I want to both provide for myself and make an impact. Being a corporate lawyer would only achieve one of those goals. I knew If I wanted to make an impact I wasn’t going to be able to do it within the pre-existing system, it would require enough capital to influence the system from the outside. So instead of law school I started my own corporation.

I didn’t have an exact plan for where it would lead. I just knew I wanted to help people come home to themselves and do something I truly enjoyed doing.

Some days I still can’t believe how far it’s grown. We’re now a team of three, and have clients joining from so many corners of the world. I get to guide people through moments that change them, remembering their own power to heal themselves. Whether it’s in a Reiki training, NUD3 yoga session or one of my more intimate offerings. That feeling will never stop being surreal.

During the pandemic, something beautiful happened inside this work. Science shows that when you touch your own skin, your brain releases the same chemical (oxytocin) that rises when you touch someone you love. That simple truth carried so many people through long nights and isolated uncertain days. It reminded us that connection lives inside the body too, not only in the space between two people.

I’m grateful that I get to do this work. I’m grateful that it continues to find the people who need it. And I’m grateful that Love by Dove still feels like something I am genuinely excited to wake up and do everyday. I love how this work keeps evolving, opening in ways I never expected.

My time in Japan has been beautiful, but studying Usui Reiki at the source with Yuko was by far the best part. It was everything I had hoped for and so much more!!!🙌🏻 This training was why I came, to deepen my practice and learn from a true master in the lineage.

Storytime.. how I started using the “o-method” as a kid longgg before I even knew what s3x magick or even s3x was!!!

When I was around 4 years old I had this technique (that I still use to this day😉) that made me feel good and somehow intuitively knew that durning that good feeling I would visualize and embody what I desired in my future. At around age 15 with my first boyfriend (my first time reaching “o” with a partner-I realized what I had been doing all those years). Only now have I started to see other people sharing their experiences on here about this powerful manifestation technique and decided to share mine. Up until this point I’ve kept it private out of fear of judgement and shame. I shared this story with my tantric yoga teachers in India who believed that I carried that knowledge from a past life. I am no longer hiding my power, playing small or hiding in the shadows. Some may think I am weird, too much, dishonest or controversial-but guess what.. I no longer care ☺️ I’ve got the bank account and lived experiences to back it up 😉💰

Acro-yoga holds a special place in my heart—it was my introduction to couples yoga during my first year at Carleton and was part of what sparked the inspiration for my Couples Kama Sutra workshop. There’s something exhilarating about flying into a Bird pose for the first time—it’s all about trust, connection, and the thrill of holding each other up!
