This short follow-along practice offers a glimpse into the movement and guidance of a live session. Together, we’ll move through Sun Salutation A & B, giving you the opportunity to experience my teaching style and get a feel for Nude Yoga before joining me live. With mirrors positioned on either side of the mat, you get a fuller view of each pose from multiple angles as you follow along.
At just a few minutes long, this is an easy place to begin if you’re new to Nude Yoga, curious about working with me live, or simply want a quick practice to reconnect with your body.
