What is Reiki?! Reiki is a form of energy work. The Japanese word Reiki can be broken up into REI meaning spirit or soul and KI meaning energy. Reiki (spiritually guided life force energy) is a powerful technique that promotes healing and relaxation.

Usui Reiki Level 1
Become attuned and feel the power of REIKI for yourself. Learn about the chakras, meridians, aura and how energy flows through the body. Promote self healing and more methods of self love.
Course Focus:
Reiki level 1 explores the energetic body (layers of the aura), the chakras, meridians, what Reiki is and how to channel it. This course is designed in a way where you will first be given the opportunity to tap into your intuition by diving right into exercises and activities I have designed for you to draw out your inherent inner knowing and wisdom. It is so fun to do it this way and seeing what comes up! Many of my students report that doing it this way was exciting and empowering for them, a good reminder that they know more intuitively then they give themselves credit for. After these activities/experiences you will learn about the history, philosophy and a wealth of information related to the Reiki. Reiki level one is all about self love and self healing. The most important person is you! You will learn self-Reiki hand positions and ways to incorporate the 5 Reiki principles into your daily life.

Usui Reiki Level 2
Take your energetic healing abilities to the next level. Deepen your knowledge and awareness on how to work with energy and tap into your own intuitive abilities. Become attuned to channel distant Reiki and learn 3 new Reiki symbols.
Course Focus:
Reiki level 2 moves beyond self healing and expands to healing others, plants and animals. The central focus of Reiki 2 is the symbols; what they are, their history, how to use them and why they are important. I use not commonly known zen stories to illustrate and refresh you on the 5 Reiki principles. The attunement for this level activates the symbols within you, and also enables you to be able to send Reiki over a far distance. One of the activities in this level assists you with heart centered manifestation. Also you will have the opportunity to give and receive a full Reiki treatment. You will learn the tradition (as well as some intuitively channeled by me and my students) hand positions for treating different ailments.
