Love by Dove Booking Policy
All Love by Dove sessions are offered by appointment only and require payment at the time of booking. Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to forfeiture of the booking fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Refunds are not provided except in exceptional circumstances at Love by Dove's discretion. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, missed appointments, or failure to attend a session are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you have a private, uninterrupted space and a stable internet connection before your session begins. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their scheduled session. Love by Dove reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or reschedule sessions when necessary. If Love by Dove needs to cancel a session, clients will be offered the option to reschedule. By booking a session, package, class, or mentorship program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
