Root to Rise Session

Service Description

This private booking calendar is exclusively available to clients currently enrolled in the Root to Rise container. Each session is 60 minutes and held live online. Please schedule your session only if your package has already been purchased. Bookings made without an active package will be removed from the calendar. If any preparation is required ahead of your session, Samantha will reach out directly with details. In this class, we will explore a variety of poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices that can help you find balance in your life. This class is open to all levels of experience.
