Service Description

This 90-minute session is the perfect opportunity to dive deeper into your practice and connect with yourself, your body, and your mind. We will spend 90 minutes together where we will explore different poses and sequences that you can use to deepen your practice at home. You will leave feeling energized and inspired to continue on your journey of self-love. This class is open to all levels of experience .
